2. Card / credit system
The service operates on a credit system: 1 generated card = 1 credit, regardless of style (standard or premium). Text modifications are unlimited.

4. Validity
- Packs: credits valid for 1 year from purchase date. Unused credits expire.
- Subscription: counter of 15 cards reset every month. Unused cards are not carried over.
5. Payment
Secure online payments. No banking data is stored by MELPOPYTIPS.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and personalized services once execution has begun (card generation).
7. Generation refusal — credit loss
If a generation is refused for non-compliance with content rules (including protection of minors / sexualized content), the consumed credit is lost and no refund can be claimed.
8. Subscription cancellation
The subscription is commitment-free and can be cancelled from the account area or according to the terms displayed during subscription. The current period remains due.
9. Invoices
Invoices are available in the My Account section.

11. Applicable law
French law. French courts have jurisdiction.
